John Lanfear Scott-Scott (born 22 June 1934)〔http://sounds.bl.uk/Oral-history/Science/021M-C1379X0032XX-0001V0〕 is a British aerospace engineer who helped to form, and worked at,〔(BBC4: The Three Rocketeers )〕 Reaction Engines Limited until he retired in 2011.〔http://www.reactionengines.co.uk/news_nov2011.html〕 He previously worked on Black Arrow, making important contributions to the fuel pump system.〔, British Library〕 After experimenting privately with high-test peroxide propellant, Scott-Scott began working as a hydrodynamicist at Armstrong Siddeley. He worked there on the Black Arrow engines. Scott-Scott married Pauline W. A.
